By using general.dev or Content Studio, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Content Studio is currently a private operational tool. Access may be restricted, suspended, or withdrawn to protect the service or connected accounts.

The operator controls every uploaded file, destination, caption, setting, and publishing time. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and publish the content you supply, and the content must comply with applicable law and each destination platform's rules.

Content Studio assists with delivery; it does not independently endorse, review, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, health claims, or performance of published material.

Use of Content Studio's YouTube connection is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and applicable YouTube API Services policies. The operator must certify that each upload complies with the YouTube Community Guidelines before scheduling it.

LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Google, and infrastructure providers are independent services with their own terms, availability, review processes, and technical limits. You remain responsible for the accounts you connect. General Development does not control and is not responsible for a third party's service, moderation decision, outage, restriction, or policy change.

General Development builds software for health-and-wellness businesses, but general.dev and Content Studio do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance. Published content should include any professional review or disclosures appropriate to its claims and audience.

We work to make the service reliable and to prevent duplicate or unintended posts, but publishing APIs can fail, delay, reject, or ambiguously accept requests. The operator should review delivery status and the destination account. The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, General Development will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or a third-party platform. These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
